Our Service when selling your property:

• A representative of ReeceRyan will take your property particulars.
• We will arrange an appointment to view your property.
• We will undertake a full appraisal of your property which will include a comprehensive written report plus additional pictures.
• At this stage we will fully explain the services we provide and then ask you to sign our agency agreement at the terms agreed, you are under no obligation to sign this document if you do not require our services.

However if you elect to use our services the agency agreement will have to be signed before we can market your property.

Marketing

We will then prepare the property particulars and will be sent to the vendor for verification.

Upload property details to our internet property marketing sites.
Advertise your property in local newspapers.
Check existing applicant database to cross reference if we have any potential purchasers
Contact potential property investors regarding your property.

Viewings

Arrange viewings with potential applicants in respect of your property.

We can offer accompanied viewings, if required by the vendor. After the applicants have viewed the property we report back to the vendor with feedback.

Offers

We are duty bound to make you aware of all offers by applicants. We recommend that you consider all offers, however ones with established chains and non dependent status are more beneficial when taking your property off the market.

We recommend that you do not take your property off the market if your purchaser has not sold their property. If the offer is accepted we will write to all parties advising them and contact the relevant solicitors / conveyancers in order to put the legal process under way. We will monitor and update you on the sale at all times right uptil exchange of the contracts and completion of sale.
